Where My Love for Scent Began

My love for fragrance began with Arabic perfumery — where oud, amber, flowers, spices, and resins are woven into scents that become memories.

After 15 years in Dubai, I came to understand that fragrance is so much more than a beautiful aroma. It carries warmth, heritage, emotion, and a deep connection to the earth and the traditions passed down through generations.

Muskat Parfum was born from that feeling — a return to my roots, creating scents that are rich, soulful, and feel like home

Where is your shop located?

We are based in Dubai, UAE, with our logistics and fulfillment operations managed from France.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to Europe. We’re planning to expand our shipping services to the United States by the end of the year.

How long does delivery take?

We offer two delivery options:

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 48–72 hours

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product has not been opened or used and is returned in its original packaging, including all protective packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or returned without their original protective packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
